Fill out a contact form to set up a free 15 minute phone consultation. In our conversation, we’ll explore your goals and discuss logistics. You’ll also have a chance to ask any initial questions about my approach and the therapeutic process itself.
During our initial intake assessment, I will collect information about you, your current needs, and your relevant history. This session will also help us determine if we’re a good therapeutic fit and if my skills align well with what you’re looking for. The aim of the initial sessions (approximately 3-5) is for us to get to know each other and for me to learn what you hope to gain from our work together. We will create a blueprint that outlines your current situation and identify the areas you'd like to focus on moving forward.

Regular attendance is important to ensure you see benefits from our work together. Initially, weekly sessions are usually recommended; however, biweekly sessions can also be considered based on your needs/personal goals.

Yes, therapy provides a safe, impartial, and confidential environment. While confidentiality is a priority, there are certain limits that I will explain during our first session and are outlined in the intake paperwork.
Currently, therapy is offered exclusively via telehealth. This allows me to maintain accessibility and safety while providing support. I hope to offer face-to-face therapy in the near future, and will keep you updated on any changes. In the meantime, I’m committed to providing a valuable and effective experience through our virtual sessions.
