Workshop for Mothers Starting February 2025

Join us at C_Wickson Studios in Windham, NH, for a monthly 90-minute wellness series starting February 20th, designed to support mothers in reconnecting with themselves, processing their experiences, and building tools for intentional living. Each session includes 45 minutes of guided self-reflection and conversation, followed by 45 minutes of energizing and restorative movement.

What to Expect:

• Varied Movement Practices: Reconnect with your body through yoga, barre, mat Pilates, and other mindful exercises.
